TBM #28 | From 30 to 100+: What Happened After the Big Contract with Ana Chicas McNamara

23:45

Landing a major contract can change a business overnight. But growing to meet the opportunity brings a different set of challenges.

In this episode, Christina May talks with Ana Chicas McNamara, co-owner of Preferred Capital Cleaning, about the opportunity that transformed her company and what it took to grow beyond it. When they landed a major Amazon project, their team grew from 30 people to more than 100, creating new demands on their operations, leadership, and ability to maintain quality.

Ana shares how she and her co-founder learned to build a stronger team, delegate responsibilities, and let go of the day-to-day work they had managed themselves for years. Their experience shows that landing the opportunity is only one part of growth. Building a business capable of sustaining it is where the real work begins.
